We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase you make. If you are in any way dissatisfied with a product you ordered, we'll exchange it, replace it or refund your money, simply contact us within 30 days of the date of purchase. Please read our return policy below for details about returning merchandise. NOTE: There are NO REFUNDS on International orders if the order has been refused by buyer due to duties and fees by customs.

We pride ourselves on our very customer-friendly return policy. If you are in any way disappointed with a product you ordered, we'll exchange it, replace it or refund your money, simply contact us within 30 days of the date of purchase. If you receive an item that was damaged in transit or is defective please notify us within 5 days of receiving the item. We would gladly provide a replacement at no charge and arrange to have the defective item(s) picked up.

All other returns must be authorized within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.

We will refund 100% (less shipping charges) on items that are returned in NEW CONDITION within 30 days from the date of purchase. We will issue store credit if products have been opened/used, as they are no longer in resellable condition, within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please note that some products may have a small restocking fee. Any products with a restocking fee will be clearly identified in the product description. Note: Because the return policy differs on some products, each product page must be read carefully for returns related to that product.

  • Additional shipping fees may be charged after order is processed if shipping information is not accurate.
  • We cannot accept returns for items that have been damaged in any way, unless the damage is due to a defect in the product or as a result of damage during shipping by us.
  • No refunds are issued on DVDs and CDs.
  • Shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • Custom orders cannot be refunded or returned.
  • Closeout items cannot be refunded or returned.
  • We are unable to accept returns on international orders (i.e., Canada).
  • Please note that for orders to Canada, tax duty brokerage fees will be applied by customs which will not be refunded.

Please be sure to properly insure your package(s). FedEx and UPS include tracking and insurance, although you may want to purchase additional insurance. The US Postal Service does not include tracking or insurance, so we advise that you purchase it for a nominal fee. We cannot assume responsibility for items that are lost in the mail when being returned.

Once we receive the merchandise back from you, we will send you an email confirming that your return has been processed. If a refund is due, we will issue a credit at that time. If an additional amount is owed, please include an authorization to charge the difference. Otherwise, we will immediately send out the exchange item(s).

Your satisfaction is very important to us. Some items (such as clothing, jewelry, DVDs/CDs, or health and beauty items) may have special return policies. Items with a different or unique return policy or procedure are clearly marked on their respective product pages. Due to the freshness of some of the ingredients used in our health and beauty products, some items may only be returned within a limited time-frame. Any special return policies are clearly noted on the product page. If you are unsure or have questions regarding the return policy of a specific product, we encourage you to contact us via e-mail at CustomerService@DFYoga.com and we would be happy to answer any questions that you may have.

Please log into your account (http://www.DFYoga.com/myaccount.asp) to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Do not just send your items back for return without first getting an RMA number.

If you wish to cancel an order after it has been placed online, you must call our customer service department at 888-410-9540. You will be refunded the entire amount of the order but only if it has not been shipped. Please remember that we process orders and send them to our warehouse within minutes of receiving your paid order. If we are unable to cancel your order prior to shipping, please complete a request for RMA via your account (http://www.DFYoga.com/myaccount.asp).

Please note that for orders to Canada, and many other countries, tax, duty, brokerage, and other fees may be applied by customs which will NOT be refunded. Also note that since some items may ship separately, customs may assess charges on each individual item shipped.

For large or wholesale orders, we reserve the right to charge up to a 15% restocking fee for returned items. This minimal charge covers our costs to receive the order and restock the inventory. For questions about possible restocking fees, please contact us before returning your order.

By completing a purchase for YB products from Dragonfly™ Yoga, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

In order to maintain the quality of customer service, inventory levels and item selection for our customers, only Authorized Dragonfly™ Yoga Amazon Resellers (AZR) have the right to sell Dragonfly™ Yoga Brand (YB) products on Amazon, and have been granted permission to link to our Amazon page, and use our UPC codes for selling on Amazon. Dragonfly™ Yoga is the sole and exclusive agency for approving an AZR and granting the rights to sell YB products on Amazon. Purchasing from Dragonfly™ Yoga does not automatically grant to the purchaser or anyone else AZR status. Dragonfly™ Yoga at its sole discretion may choose to grant AZR status, and may unreasonably withhold AZR status from a purchaser of YB products. AZR status is granted explicitly in writing by Dragonfly™ Yoga only.

The wholesale price extended to you when you completed your wholesale order for YB products from Dragonfly™ Yoga includes a discount for Market Development Funds (MDF) that you should use to build your own proprietary sales channel for the YB products you purchase from us.

You may sell YB products on Amazon as a non-AZR. However, as a Non-AZR, if the YB products you purchase become available for sale or are sold on Amazon, or any Amazon affiliated site, by you or anyone else that is not an AZR, you hereby agree to pay, on demand, to Dragonfly™ Yoga, the MDF which is the sum equivalent to the entire wholesale discount applied at the time of the purchase of the YB products; and you hereby also agree to pay, on demand, to Dragonfly™ Yoga, an additional reseller authorization fee of $10,000.

As a non-AZR you may also sell YB products you purchase from us on Amazon without the re-payment of MDF as described above if you remove all Dragonfly™ Yoga identifying markings, including but not limited to Dragonfly™ Yoga UPC labels.

You also agree that you will be responsible for any and all legal fees Dragonfly™ Yoga incurs as a result of such sales on Amazon, and the collection of any such fees.

We do not offer medical opinions on the use of yoga, pilates or any exercise program. As with any exercise product or program, consult your physician prior to use of the products offered here. These products should not be used by children. Use by pregnant women should be under the direct control of a physician.

The purchaser bears full responsibility for ensuring that the products are properly maintained. Mats and rugs may become wet during exercise or washing. Avoid use of wet rugs and mats, as they may become slippery. The anti-burst balls may be ruptured if they are used improperly or are poorly maintained.

Dragonfly™ Yoga, its owners and representatives disclaim any warranties and liability for injury caused by use of the products sold herein. By purchasing products from this website, you acknowledge receiving the warnings and limitations of liability herein.

Orders received by 12pm EST/9am PST M-F will ship the same day. If your order is high priority, please contact us by phone and we will do our best to get your order shipped as quickly as possible. For the fastest order processing, please pay with a credit card or PayPal. Please note that certain items may ship separately. Also note that certain items may ship via FedEx Ground only (no matter what shipping method is selected and charged at checkout). Such items will be identified in the shipping policy section on the item's description page.
