Remembering Why . . .
Why you practice yoga.
Why you travel to and from work each day.
Why you close your eyes each night at a certain time.
Why you return home to see your family.
Why you chose the salad over the sandwich.
Why you decide to walk instead of drive.
Why you are living.
What are you living for? Your daily activities and habits will tell you. They will tell you everything you need to know. Do you choose to take care of your body and mind? Do you choose to strive to reach certain goals you set for yourself? Do you take care of yourself in order to take care of all those who love you in return? Your life will tell you.
Remember why you make the decisions you do. Remember what you are reaching towards and how the present moment shifts as you make them.
Just take this moment to be grateful. To feel love for yourself and others. To remember why.
